Once OfficeLink+ is setup then
it usually runs without incident. This means that many clients do not
require the dedicated support offered with Support+. In
these cases, the OfficeLink+ Help Desk is available
to anyone who requires support.
Rather than
pay for that support as part of your monthly OfficeLink+
rental, you only pay on the occasions that you need
it. And if the fault is part of an OfficeLink+
service then you don’t pay a cent. For
changes to your standard OfficeLink+ configuration
and for faults that are not caused by an OfficeLink+
failure, Help Desk calls are charged at $55 + $2.20
per minute.
